Klipsch DAY SBP 2023

With some delay, I would like to share my impressions of this event. Liked. It was evident that the organizers were preparing. Three systems were assembled, each based on Klipsch acoustics. The cheapest is with 

Klipsch Heresy IV, its cost, according to my by no means expert estimates, was more than (no sources). The sources were two Music Hall vinyl players and an Aurender network transport/player (they didn’t wait for me, they started before I arrived, so I don’t know the model).

I came near the end of the "theoretical" part. In general, the story was interesting, only the abundance of personal information of the Klipsch brand manager was a little annoying. The sound, if not a million, then very close. The presenter emphasized the naturalness and naturalness of the sound (in his words, this is the philosophy of Klipsch), but I was most of all struck by the pressure and attack. I must add that the volume was sometimes too high in my opinion, it created discomfort. We listened to all three systems, and they all liked it very much.

During the audition, a short game "Guess the melody" took place, and compositions of famous groups sounded in an unconventional-orientation interpretation. Won a small prize. After the main part, there was an opportunity to go up to the salon (listening rooms - in the basement), where Klipsch products "for the people" were presented, and to communicate with the sellers. The guys are very friendly, talked about the presented models, and answered questions.

On Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 11 am until the last guest, there will be a master class listening to the legendary and latest models of one of the oldest loudspeaker manufacturers in the world. During the master class, there will be an opportunity to talk about the history of Klipsch and all current trends, learn a lot of interesting facts, and also get acquainted with the novelties of spring 2023. Visitors will be able to listen to a lot of vinyl, talk heart-to-heart with like-minded people, and just enjoy high-quality sound.
